This comprehensive programme will help you develop the core knowledge and skills needed to deal with management responsibilities and develop as a leader. The programme contains 10 courses which cover the 8 courses above and the following 2 complementary courses:
Course 1: Understanding discipline in the workplace
This course will allow you to develop knowledge and understanding of managing conflict and supporting individuals as required by a practising and potential first line manager.
Course 2: Induction of new staff in the workplace
In this course you will look at the induction process and effectiveness of this process.
